Dear Parents,
You are invited to take part in an on-line survey as part of a study being funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and conducted by a team of researchers from Texas A&M University. This study is to understand which neighborhood amenities are considered important for physical activity for parents and their children.
The survey will take about 25-30 minutes and the results will be used to support recommendations to create safe and attractive environments that support healthy outdoor activities for children and families.
As a small token of appreciation, you will be offered a $10 gift card if you complete the survey within 2 days of receiving this email. In addition, all participants who complete the survey will be entered to win a Wii, an iPad3, or a $200 gift card.
