KAB will teach your students about ZERO WASTE!

Still figuring out the best way to incorporate recycling, composting, and reuse into your school day? KAB is proud to share that we have been awarded a contract from the City of Austin, Austin Resource Recovery to develop Generation Zero, a comprehensive K-12 education program to teach youth about zero waste. KAB is proud to implement the program on behalf of Austin Resource Recovery. The model includes 2 presentations led by KAB that lead up to a service project (all supplies provided). Schools are more actively recycling and composting, and we want to build on this momentum and introduce students to the full picture of waste from composting, recycling, reusing and repurposing!

We are currently scheduling for the fall (and yes, the spring too)! To schedule presentations complete the online form by clicking here or simply email back the below info to education@keepaustinbeautiful.org
