Groundwater to the Gulf: A FREE summer institute for Central Texas Educators is a 3-day, field-trip based, hands-on learning event! Every year, water experts from over 13 agencies in Central Texas combine forces to take 50 teachers to the aquatic hotspots in and around Austin. We go caving,canoeing, hiking, andsplashing in streams--all in the name of science. We provide coffee, lunch, and the entertainment. It is the most fun, free way to earn 22 continuing education credits.

June 19-21 3-day, field-trip based teacher institute that emphasizes water-based curricula in grades 4 through 8. Participants follow the path of water in Central Texas from its origins to its final destination in the Gulf of Mexico!
