Striving to Serve Schools Better From monitoring water quality to planting school gardens, from bringing kids into nature for field trips to after-school exploration adventures, our community is full of opportunities to introduce students to nature and nurture them in it. The Consortium for Green Schools is striving to build an organization to advance these efforts. Keep Austin Beautiful in partnership with the Consortium would like to learn more about how schools are engaging youth in outdoor and environmental efforts.
