As part of a new, five-year partnership with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Action for Healthy Kids (AFHK) is poised to prepare state education agency staff, their corresponding health agency partners, and state AHFK team leaders to offer support and training to local school districts on effective nutrition policy and procedures.
